Promet mobile application is a free tool designed for smartphones, enabling users to seamlessly interact with Promet's services. When using the application, you can:

• Top up your eWallet and purchase single trip tickets
• Access the full range of functionalities to acquire monthly or yearly passes
• Plan your trips efficiently
• Receive real-time mapped information on bus stops and vehicle locations
• Check timetables and save favorite bus lines
• Find details about sales outlets
• Directly contact Transport services

The application caters to both registered and unregistered users. For registered users, access credentials from the web portal are utilized.

Compatible with Android and iOS operating systems.

Please note that certain features in the mobile app require activation of the full user profile, which can be completed at Promet's sales points. eWallet funds can be added using debit/credit cards. Additionally, offline use of pre-purchased tickets is not supported.
